OVERVIEW

As a member of the Coalition, you are responsible for:
1. Doing what you can to support and actively participate in the progress of your Action Plan;
2. Identifying issues and provide plausible solutions associated with your Action Plan;
3. Being respectful of Members' suggestions.

TIME COMMITMENT

Depending on desired engagement with the Coalition's activities, the anticipated time commitment of members is 3 to 10 hours per month.

OPPORTUNITIES

Volunteer opportunities for members include:
1. Participating in Action Teams;
2. Becoming an Action Team Lead, chairing team meetings and reporting on progress (additional 5 hours per month);
3. Co-Chair by nomination (additional 2-4 hours per month);
4. Board member by nomination.

MEMBER MEETINGS

Members meet virtually by conference call on the second to last Wednesday every second month at 3:00 PM AT.

RESOURCES AND SUPPORT

Action Teams are responsible for necessary resources to fulfill action steps, including provisioning of materials and equipment needed to conduct meetings. Participation in the Coalition is voluntary and work associated with the Coalition is in-kind, with the exception of the Coalition's Coordinator.

GOVERNANCE

Members are anticipated to use consensus to make decisions and work in a mutually respectful way. Where necessary, the Coalition shall follow the Rules of Order.
